Our Mission

The recruiting experience is often one-sided. Ghosting, misleading job descriptions, and poor communication are common, yet candidates rarely have anywhere to turn. RecruiterWho exists to change that. We give candidates a crowdsourced platform to share honest, constructive feedback on recruiters they have worked with, helping others make more informed decisions and giving good recruiters the recognition they deserve.

How It Works

• Search for a recruiter by name or company.
• Read reviews from other candidates about their experiences.
• Leave feedback. Rate your experience, select descriptive tags, and share your story.
• Stay anonymous. Your identity is never shown publicly.

Why Do I Need an Account to Review?

We require an account to ensure every review comes from a real person with a genuine experience. It also lets us enforce a one-review-per-recruiter limit, so no single person can flood a profile with feedback. Your account information is never associated with your reviews in any public-facing way.

How Recruiter Profiles Are Added

All recruiter information on RecruiterWho is community-sourced. If you cannot find a recruiter, you can submit a request to have them added. Every submission is reviewed by our team to verify the information is accurate and appropriate before the profile goes live. This process takes up to 72 hours, and you will receive an email notification once the recruiter is added.

Feedback, Not a Complaint Board

RecruiterWho is not a place to vent. Our review system is structured to encourage balanced, professional feedback. Positive experiences are just as welcome as negative ones. For recruiters with strong track records, this platform becomes a professional asset and a public record of the impact they have had on candidates.
