Community Guidelines

For Reviewers

Guidelines for anyone leaving a review on the platform.

• Be honest. Share your genuine, firsthand experience with the recruiter.
• Be balanced. Mention what went well alongside what did not, which makes your review more credible and useful to others.
• Be professional. Focus on the recruiting interaction itself, not the recruiter's appearance, age, gender, or personal life.
• Speak for yourself. Share your own experience and let others do the same.
• One review per recruiter. Each account is limited to one review per recruiter profile.
• No personal contact information. This includes phone numbers, personal emails, or any details that could identify someone outside of a professional context.

What Is Never Allowed

Reviews containing any of the following will be removed:

• Defamatory statements. Presenting false claims as fact.
• Hate speech or discriminatory language. Slurs or derogatory remarks about race, gender, religion, age, or disability.
• Threats of any kind.
• Personal contact information. Phone numbers, personal emails, addresses, or other identifying details.
• Spam or duplicate submissions.
• Reviews not based on a genuine professional interaction.

For Recruiters

Information for recruiters who appear on the platform.

• RecruiterWho is an anonymous platform. Reviewer identities are never shown publicly, and we do not share them with recruiters, companies, or other users.
• All recruiter profiles are community-sourced and verified by our team before going live. We do not add profiles without a community submission.
• A review that follows our guidelines will not be removed because it is negative or because you disagree with it. That would go against the entire purpose of this platform.
• If you believe a review contains false statements or otherwise violates our guidelines, contact us and we will take a look.
• If you think your profile is being targeted unfairly or spammed, let us know and we will investigate.

How Moderation Works

Every review is automatically screened before it is published. This catches prohibited content such as defamatory language and personal information.

If a review that you believe is inappropriate makes it through, use the Report button on the review card. Flagged reviews are reviewed manually by our team. We will remove the review if it violates these guidelines, or keep it if it does not.

Please do not flag a review simply because you disagree with it. Reviews are only removed for violating these guidelines, not for being negative.
