1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RecruiterWho, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use RecruiterWho.

2. Your Content

You are solely responsible for the reviews and content you submit. By posting a review, you confirm that it reflects your genuine personal experience and that it complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. You grant RecruiterWho a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content on the platform.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post defamatory content, false statements of fact, threats, hate speech, personal information belonging to others, spam, or any content that violates applicable law. See our Community Guidelines for the full list.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Each user is limited to one review per recruiter. Creating multiple accounts to get around this limit is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Content Moderation

RecruiterWho reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Moderation decisions are based on our guidelines only. A review that follows our guidelines will not be removed on request.

6. Disclaimer

RecruiterWho is provided "as is" and "as available." Reviews reflect the opinions of individual community members. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any review or content posted on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecruiterWho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any content posted on it.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecruiterWho and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

9. Disputes and Legal Concerns

If you have a legal concern related to content on the platform, please contact us at support@recruiterwho.com before taking any other action and we will review it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
