1. What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address, used for account login, password recovery, and platform notifications
• Review content, including ratings, experience descriptions, and selected tags you submit

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or any information beyond what is listed above.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage your account and allow you to sign in
• To send you platform notifications, such as when a recruiter you requested is added
• To enforce one review per user per recruiter and prevent abuse
• To review content that has been flagged by the community

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure overall site traffic, such as page views, referring sites, and approximate country. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and is not used to identify individual visitors or to link traffic to your account or your reviews.

When something on the site breaks, an error report is sent to Sentry, an error-monitoring service, so we can fix it. These reports describe the fault, such as which page and which part of our code failed, and do not include your name, email address, IP address, or anything you typed.

3. Your Anonymity as a Reviewer

Your identity as a reviewer is never shown publicly. No information that could link a review back to your account is visible to other users, recruiters, or companies. Reviews are displayed without any author information.

4. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your reviews are also removed from the platform.
