"Seems to care a lot as a recruiter which is great, and she goes to many uni events. When it comes to her actual interview process, it just isn't the best. For round 1, she has ~10 candidates sit in a 30-min call and somehow a few people get moved onto round 2. Emailed her for an update and she replied saying its TBD, but an 1hr later got rejected"
